An online application, followed by a video interview of 5 questions, then an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of group activities but no one on one interviews, which was a bit strange.

The interview is run as an online video through Vieple. You are given a series of five questions. They appear on screen, you then have 15 seconds and recording starts for 1 minute. However, the first question was provided before the interview.
