Three rounds, including one with a recruiter and two more with Arbor teams. Mostly conversational and experience based. Call with recruiter was administrative. Whole process took about a month, received offer shortly after.
One round with a recruiter, one round with a friend, and then an in person super day with 4 different interviews. It was great to meet members of the team in person.

Very kind people and easy to talk to. Be prepared to explain why you want to work in this industry, and what led you to realizing this. Mostly behavioral questions and maybe a little bit about what you know about the industry and what skills you possess that will help you to succeed.

Straightforward interview process. The managers ask you why you want to work in real estate, what you know about the company, and your future goals. Nothing out of the ordinary. It is mainly behavioral questions
