I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aramark in Oct 2014
Interview
The Process took about three months from beginning to end. They fly you out to Philadelphia and pay for everything. The Interviews were not that bad, I think the phone interview was harder than my final interviews because I did not know what they were going to ask me; where the final interview is basically you selling yourself. You have to be willing to move anywhere in the country; I got an offer and accepted my offer but my location changed a few times; if you are okay with moving you will do fine in the interviews then. Salary for my position and job is great I expected way less!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When was a time you made a mistake at a job or in school and had to face that you were wrong?
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Aramark
Interview
I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
