1:1, Phone Screen. asked basic questions about your resume. Asked about experience and open-ended and hypothetical questions. Hypothetical questions related to business climate of Aramark and how you would respond to that type of environment. I.E. how do you work with bad data, not much direction, being in a relatively new department.

The interview process had the following rounds: HR screening and 2 rounds. They asked questions about previous work experience and excel skills proficiency. The process spanned over three weeks. Both of my interviews after the HR screening were on site interviews.
