Interview
Applied to posting on Indeed on August 8th - the same day it was posted. Also that same day Catrina who serves as HR for the company called me in regards to my application. We had an in person interview this morning. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes, Very brief. Most of it was spent just hearing a few details about the company and a little bit of what the position entailed. The second part of the process is an interview with the owner. After an interview with the owner if they like you as a candidate and want to make an offer to you they have you come in and shadow Catrina for a half day to see how you like it and then go from there. I am excited about this and hope to be moved forward in the process.

Question 1
The only two questions that were asked was would I mind to share my current salary that I am making and then what salary would I like to be at with them if they were to extend an offer. I gave a ball park range that was reasonable within the amount listed on the job posting.
**UPDATE: I was informed on this past Monday - Aug 14th - that I had not been selected to move forward in their process. I knew this was coming in the initial interview after I gave my requested salary range. But that’s okay it’s onto the next one.**
