HR contacted me for this position. He described about the role. I asked about the budget for this role. He said they have sufficient budget. Since I had an another offer in hand and I was in notice period my expectations was bit high since the ERP they use is their own product+ night shift. There is a lot of risk involved in it. I completed total 6 round including 2 technical 1 aptitude, 1 F2F with hiring manager, 2 round HR. I was happy till 6th round. Last CTC discussion with one Ms Shila, was the worst CTC negotiation I ever had. She already fix some amount, which is just above my amount of offer in hand. And the way she disrespected the other company shows the real face of HR team and may the entire Aptean culture. I put a lot of effort and time on this interview. But it was a total disaster. Be very mind full with this company. The will play with your time.
