I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aprio (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Met with three interviewers from various different groups. Conversational interview process, but sometimes asked to answer behavior questions that are common in this industry. Asked to provide real experience examples. Once done meeting with three interviewers, worked with the recruiting/HR team to obtain company/HR information needed to make the decision.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aprio (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process typically includes an initial screening call with Human Resources, followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers to assess technical skills, experience and role fit. Final interviews include discussions with senior leadership before a hiring decision is made.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aprio in Oct 2022
Interview
I have to give a shoutout to their current recruiting company that they use because the recruiter that reached out to me was one of the best I ever worked with. The interview process with Aprio was pretty informal. I had a video interview with a partner then another video interview a few days later with some others I would be working with. Both meetings were pretty relaxed and I actually enjoyed talking to the people I interviewed with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my experience and what kind of work I was looking to do. There weren't any surprise questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aprio (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
The HR is very responsive and helpful. The interview took place at Zoom. I had two round. The interview questions are fair. I prepared a lot of questions to ask too. The whole process went well and I'm glad to join Aprio.
