I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Dec 2019
Interview
Had a call with a hiring manager for 30 min that asked pretty basic questions about my experience. Had a short interview at their office, I had a feeling that he was not very impressed and was pretty indifferent to my answers. All the questions were about my past experience. However, in the end of the interview, I was surprised since he told me that we will proceed with the next step assignment. After spending a weekend just making their assignment ( they expect you to know in depth their tech aspects) and also make few case studies, I submitted my work right on time before the deadline. Weeks after few follow up emails sent by me to the hiring manager and the HR, I got an email that they decided to proceed with another candidate. It's a pity that the company doesn't give actual feedback that could help the candidate in the future. Moreover, expecting you to be an expert in their product giving you very detailed assignments and short deadlines.

What is deeplinking? How you handle mutliple clients with urgencies?
I applied online. I interviewed at AppsFlyer (Jakarta) in Jan 2026
Interview
I don't think it's difficult, but the manager is quite specific and asking for a quite technical person. As someone who has no experience in MMP, the expectation is not aligned.

Question 1
1. What do you know about MMP, SDK, API and how it works?
2. What would you do for your first 30 days here?
Phone interview with an HR - team manager interview, and I believe another set of interview after that. I couldn’t say much more because I was GHOSTED by the HR who did my initial interview. If I wasn’t a good fit, I get it. At least let me know?
This was extremely unprofessional and honestly, lost faith in AppsFlyer as a company. If this is how they treat “possible” future employees, how are actual employees treated?
