Applied Systems Human Resources Assistant interview questions

Started with an email for a phone interview. They asked the same general questions most companies do. Recruiter seemed new or fairly new. She started by telling you about the company and the position they were recruiting for. When asked questions about the position she was unsure so you really couldn't ask much aside from company questions. She didn't know the manager of the department so she couldn't quite answer. Then sent a test via email to fill out which why people bother with those you have to be a moron to not be able to respond to the personality side. Then some general problem solving questions. Submit and wait for them to get back to you.
