It was a smooth interview process. One and done. Received a call back within 24hrs and job offer. Easiest place I have interviewed at when I was in the job market. Some project management positions required outlandish presentations in front of a panel. I can see the potential value in that, but it’s a waste of my time. Applied Research Associates was a good back and forth conversation with straightforward questions and answers.
