Overall the interview was straight to the point, theh focus on your commitment and drive more than anything. Solidworks and teamworking abilities are a huge plus. Make sure that you do research on the company to get a better understanding of their environment and products as you will normally be placed on a specific product line

Easy, Streamline, Know Your Resume
A very mediocre experience, my phone interview was great but when it got to the second panel webcam interview, the four engineers I talked to seemed very bored while I tried to be enthusiastic. Was told 6 days after I did not get the offer. Oh well reviews on this company didn't seem great.

The panel interview make it very difficult to concentrate. Several ppl attacked the candidates at once. They ask a lot of technical question on how you overcome difficult projects that you encountered. They dont offer water, breaks or comfortable conference room
