I had to dress professionally and they asked me about school, life goals and trajectory. Was really good , the interviewer was rlly nice. The kitchen is also really clean compared to other places ive worked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Applebee's (Conyers, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Real simple. Sat me down at a table and asked me my schedule and work experience. Very basic interview. Understand interview guidelines and you will do just fine. Definitely good to have prior cooking experience and a flexible schedule. The general manager who hired me also always offered 50 cents less than you asked for (within minimum wage) so keep that in mind too. But don't ask to high because the salary cap there is $10.00/hr for cooks.
i mean they just asked if i had any cooking experience but i got a better job elsewhere so that's why i didn't take it. it wouldn't be a bad job though
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Applebee's in Oct 2024
Interview
it was quick and simple, with direct questions, about 15 minutes long, the person was friendly and easy to talk to, asked questions about different scenarios and previous jobs, as well as behavioral questions and old relations with coworkers in previous jobs.
