I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applebee's (Muncie, IN) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was really weird. It was less of me being asked about myself, and more being told what I'd be doing on the job. It seemed great, since it seemed from the beginning I'd be getting hired. Considering they never got back to me after the second interview (after I called twice), it seemed very sketchy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mostly seemed concerned with my experience and ability to work well under pressure.
I had to dress professionally and they asked me about school, life goals and trajectory. Was really good , the interviewer was rlly nice. The kitchen is also really clean compared to other places ive worked.
i mean they just asked if i had any cooking experience but i got a better job elsewhere so that's why i didn't take it. it wouldn't be a bad job though
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Applebee's in Oct 2024
Interview
it was quick and simple, with direct questions, about 15 minutes long, the person was friendly and easy to talk to, asked questions about different scenarios and previous jobs, as well as behavioral questions and old relations with coworkers in previous jobs.
