Appirio Assistant Manager - Human Resources interview questions

The interview process of the company is very intense. One of the strongest I have ever faced. It is of course lengthy but then they coordinate them in a very short interval, hence ok. It's not a conventional process as one would expect but a very reasonable process. I enjoyed the entire process very much, including connecting with all senior management employees from States. As there is always a room for improvement, the one thing I would like to suggest is to club some steps of the process together. Its very lengthy by any measure.
