Interview
I went into Appetals from one of the consultancy. I took a leave from my office on that day to go for the interview at Appetals. HR asked me to wait for sometime, After making me sit for an hour, she asked me to sit in the conference room for interview (Appetals don't have separate interview room). I went into the conference and waited for the technical person to come. After 45 mins HR with the technical person came into the conference room for the interview. Technical person starts the interview by asking me basic technical questions, I answered questions very well but technical person was busy in his mobile and wasn't bothered to listen what I was answering to his questions, suddenly he started asking non-sense questions which was not at all related to the technical interview. He tried to screw me up by asking more questions which were not at all technical. He wanted to show me that I didn't had much skill to answer his questions. He asked me to prove some concept's. I proved it but he wasn't technically strong to understand my answer. Technical person isn't a good technical person, If he would have been a technical person, he would have understood what I have answered. He asked me the same question, I answered in the simple terms but still he was trying to prove me wrong. I walked out of the interview room while he was trying to prove me wrong. I was shocked to see such a disgusting interviewer who doesn't even have technical knowledge and takes the interview.
