Interview
A few back and fourth emails, some tests, and a webinar. They don't really interview one on one but in a group where you say where you are from and then just listen. It felt like they were just funneling people into the job since they knew that most if not all of them would be gone within a month.

Nothing really, the tests were mostly about basic English and technology knowledge.
There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.

Interview
You do not get to speak to someone you simply have to do assessments and and further tests to describe your personality. Also a lot of NDA's are required to be signed before you begin.
