A written questionnaire followed by a request for 15 minutes to "ask me more about myself." At that point I responded that I would like 30 minutes so I can ask questions as well. The CEO and I had a great call, but HR attended with camera on, but never spoke or introduced herself. A bit odd. I then was given a home assignment. The assignment was a tad janky (broken links, google docs, sloppy lab env. etc) but did give me a great understanding of their product and the role. They then asked me to come into the office for an in-person demo, but weirdly never responded to my scheduling email, and eventually completely ghosted me, despite having asked me to come in to proceed with the process.
