Interview
The headhunter that found me likely via a job board was very receptive to my needs. Gone seem the days when someone would even find you in that manner. When it came down to the actual interview with the client, the hiring manager was very enthusiastic while interviewing me. It was indeed the perfect match as far as client and prospective contractor.
