Apollo really needs to get their act together and not waste a candidate's time. I applied for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based out of El Segundo via a technical recruiter. They first had me complete a Hacker rank assessment, then a back-to-back 30 zoom meeting with two of their engineering managers, followed by a 4.5 onsite meeting. After all of that, they told me I was overqualified for the role. Why couldn't they have determined this from the initial zoom screen, or even the resume? Please don't waste people's time.
Walk me through how you'd troubleshoot performance issues in SQL Server if no recent code changes were made, yet application continues to suffer in performance.
