It was a three interview process.
1. Human Resources
2. Customer Support
3. VP of Client Success
The third interview is definitely the most important, as the VP asked the true interview questions. The first two interviews were just used to weed out the completely incompetent.

Interview
It was a very easygoing process. We discussed the position and how my skills were a match for it. Interviewer outlined the day to day environment, the structure of the department, and the organization and history of the company. There were plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. I liked the relaxed and modern environment.
