Interview itself was good. Some challenging questions but felt like a good 2-way conversation. However, the process was badly managed. There was no communication except for an interview coldly put in the diary (no support or other engagement) and then after what sounded like a very positive end to the interview, I was ghosted. This is really disappointing. Even the interviewers admitted that the process could take weeks to hear, even if successful. This put me off from the outset. Also the job sounded much more of a administrative role rather than PM.
