I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apex Capital (Fort Worth, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
Process:
2 virtual interviews (1 phone call for 30-40mins, 1 in depth interview for over 60 mins)
2 assessments
1 in person interview at Fort-Worth location
At the beginning of the process, I was told that the following by their COO that it will be a fairly simple process. However, they kept changing and adding assessments and more rounds as the process began.
After first two rounds, I was asked to come in for an in person interview 40+ miles from my location for over an hour's interview where they went in much detail in my experience.
Towards the end of the in person interview, they tell me that they also have an in-house candidate who is looking to move to this position and hence that person is also in the mix. After this they just kept delaying to provide any updates. They started by saying they have the range for this role between 90k to 130k but 3-4 weeks after the in person interview they mentioned they can only offer 90k to the mid 90s.
After 5 weeks of this in person interview, they don't inform anything but they remove the position from workday only for people to assume that they hired the internal candidate for this position and wasted everyone's time, effort and money throughout the process of the interview.
Extremely unprofessional people working in the company.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apex Capital (Fort Worth, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
I had two interviews. One that was a one on one with the hiring manager, the second was a panel interview with team members. Overall it was a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.

Question 1
What is something I thought I would bring to the team?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apex Capital (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Dec 2023
Interview
