I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aon (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
My interview consisted of three separate phone interviews. There was an initial screen, one very long one with multiple people, and one follow up. All were pretty standard with questions about strengths, weaknesses, data quality, some basic technical skills questions. It's important to be technical but still be able to talk to people and convey some warmth since it's a client focused role.

Question 1
Asked about components of catastrophe models and data quality.
Two rounds with the team. 50% technical questions plus 30% chat. Each round takes 30 - 40 mins. People in Aon reinsurance solutions are nice! Eg: list some R packages for data cleaning

Aptitude test followed by technical round and then the final HR round. It was easy to moderate interview experience and the interviewer was friendly as well. He did not make me feel tensed at all. I answered all the questions with a calm and composed mindset
