      Associate STG Interview

      10 May 2024
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (London, England) in Apr 2024

      Interview

The process is effective and efficiently done. I applied online through the company website after which I was asked to give an assessment. Stage 1 was numeracy and literacy test. Numeracy test was pretty straightforward, simple 20 numerical questions and literacy test was a simple case study that required some research but was easy because a sample was provided along with the question. Stage 2 was a short phone call understanding why you want to work at the company, why this particular role, where do I see myself in 5 years and salary expectations. Stage 3 was an interview with director and senior manager consisting of two part, first part was a general chat about myself and what I know about the company, later there was a case study which tests your logical and technical reasoning, purely abstract just to test the way you think and how you rationalise it.

      Question 1

Case study - A client wants you to do a market analysis of travel insurance market in top 10 European countries. Provided you have no existing data or sources, how will you approach this task?
