Interview
You submit your resume, then get called for a face-to-face interview first with senior consultant. If they are impressed then they will call you again to have an interview with the Managing Director. However, I heard that nowadays you also need to have an interview call with regional manager.
It was a bit strange. The interview was in the breakout area next to people playing ping pong. Apparently, it was not a proper interview but more a casual meet-up and then after I would still need to do 2x interviews and maybe assessment.
Rounds were okay questions were asked mostly on power bi and data bricks overall interview was good and bit tricky questions were been asked .
We can try our best
They asked me a couple average questions about scenarios, also what I would do in certain situations. There were 2 interviews one in a group setting and one in an individual setting.
