1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

The interview process took about 3 weeks. I applied through my college's job board, interviewed with an alumni on-campus and was invited to an on-site interview with around 6 people in the office. The on-site interview was quite long but very organized. The questions were mostly behavior and I was asked to do a case study.

The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
