I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Sydney) in Jan 2017
Interview
Basic questions re background and history and then some behavioral based questions.
I decided to give this role/organisation a second chance after my poor candidate experience previously (see my review for HR Associate Consultant interview back in Aug 2015). I received the same poor candidate experience this time round. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and Recruitment Manager and was told I would be contacted within a few days. I was contacted 2 weeks later by another member of the recruitment team to discuss other opportunities within the organisation. After turning this opportunity down, I was assured that someone would contact me regarding my original interview; obviously no one did. All I ask for is feedback! Surely that isn't too much to ask for?!
I wont be fooled a third time!
