I had an on campus interview with Aon. The questions are normal and regular. First, there were questions about resume and past experiences. Then, there were situational questions related to consulting. For instance, how would you explain a concept to clients? multitask skills? time management skills

1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
