Aon Associate interview questions

An online web-based assessment followed by an a interview with department head of 3 group based in local office then an interview with Managing director in the office after that i received the call from HR for the offer letter.

Quick turnaround from application to first interview. Unfortunately, I had to go through three interviews (two in-person) for an entry-level role that stated insurance experience was not required, only to be told that I lacked experience in the industry. HR did not provide feedback from my interviews despite repeated requests. Took over 4 months from application and 3 interviews, and multiple chasers before finally being ghosted. I had a poor experience and am very disappointed that this is how they treat interviewees.
