I applied online. I interviewed at Aon (London, England)
Interview
Very long and drawn out - more than 3 video calls on separate days which involved group activities, taking recordings of yourself answering questions and a final interview. This took up hours of my time for an apprentice role that pays pennies compared to standard London salaries (I had to turn down as it was not enough in this economy) and salary was not discussed until I had already spent days trying to fight 30+ people for the role.
