There was a disorganized attempt from several remote departments (recruiting, human resources, and the CEA's) that tried to project a seamless image of a corporation. The interview consisted of several interesting questions that hinted that the company was diverse and encouraged creativity.

I had the best interview. The recruiter was very kind. She made me feel like we were just having a casual conversation. It was very professional but I didn’t feel pressure.
