I applied online. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness
Interview
I had an initial phone interview then met with 3-4 different people about the job and was finally given an offer. Time consuming, but a good process. They really focus on your commitment to the company and the job you are being interviewed for.

Interview
Professional and fact finding. Did not have a problem being asked questions from in potential employee. They were open to suggestions no how to make the company better and how you are a good fit to make that happen. They are personable during the interview but the do act a different way once you're an employee.
