It was 2 round interviews. The first one just HR talking about your background and the projects you did. The second round was the technical interview they will ask some basic core java question and some coding. It is not a very hard interview. However, I cannot see the interviewer during my Skype interview.

The interview process is simple. It starts with a brief phone interview, followed by a video interview where you can record multiple screen captures for each question. The questions cover behavioral topics, fundamental concepts, and programming challenges.
As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
