Interview
I went through four rounds of interviews over the span of two weeks—both remote and in-person—which initially gave the impression of an efficient and communicative hiring process. Each conversation was engaging, and the company presented itself as highly interested and eager to move quickly.
Unfortunately, that momentum abruptly stopped after the last interview. After investing significant time and effort into the process, I was met with complete radio silence. No feedback, no closure—just ghosting. In an era where candidate experience is a reflection of a company's culture, this outdated HR tactic is not only unprofessional but also a poor representation of how they value people.
A transparent hiring process benefits everyone. If they treat potential hires this way, it raises concerns about how they operate internally. A simple update or respectful closure to the process would have gone a long way in maintaining goodwill. Instead, it was a disappointing and unnecessary end to what started as a promising experience.

Interview
Very unprofessional environment and I was told by an employee that turnover is unusually high. They also stressed that their “tax season” is during the summer, meaning you work 70 hour weeks in July and August.

Interview
Interviewed twice with two different people. Asked very fair questions and were very friendly in the interviews. I felt comfortable and not pressed at all with the people who interviewed me.
