I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anthology Marketing Group (Honolulu, HI)
Interview
The interview was a panel of interviewers which included, The principal Mary Faustino, the design managers Lori Lum, Marty Beach and the senior experience designer Nurry Kwan. The Interview was very easy and relaxed. I felt comfortable with the people and questions that were asked. There was nothing very hard about the interview. I felt as though they liked my portfolio so questions were more geared more to see if they could work with me and my personality. The only thing is that they don't validate parking so I had to pay like 20 something dollars to park. But I was offered the job the same day so viewed it as an investment. They asked me about myself, they asked me about my process and about my ability to wireframe, prototype and build in HTML5/CSS and responsive design. They asked if I had questions for them.
