Initially quick with the outsourced HR screener. But painful after that. Took ages to schedule the two normal interviews. Chased for feedback without a response. Turns out main HR contact had left company.
After repeated unanswered calls to the talent screener, I eventually got through. They said they'd get me a response within the day.... didn't happen. I then resorted to emailing the generic "contact" at the company, I got a call....a call over 3 weeks after my last interview. The feedback was predictably vague.
The worse process I've been in by far.
A process at a relatively big company shouldn't become a shambles just because a HR person left
B Corp needs to treat humans well too....treat others how you want them to treat you
