Anthem Properties interview questions

Multiple long unnecessary interviews. I had 3 days of group interviews. Some just 2 people were present - others multiple people from other departments were present (large groups). This was not time effective or necessary.

2 Phone interview that happened around 30 min each, an Extensive in-person interview with detailed questions about previous job and project. Also asked for a reference, which actually became a reference interview.
