Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Interview
Applied online via Indeed and received an email response from a recruiter to take an online assessment which tests how well you can follow directions and analyze information, pretty basic. Once completed, and subsequently passed, received a call from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was simple and straight forward, mainly questions about previous employment and how the skills transfer into the new position. The interviewer also asked a few very basic behavioral questions and salary requirements. After that, about 10 minutes later I received another call from a different recruiter wanting to set up an in-person interview for the following week. The in-person interview was also straight-forward but more in-depth. They asked behavioral questions, attendance questions, and questions delving into how you would fit their values. Received an offer the next day via telephone call. The speed of this process isn't typical, they were needing people quickly to fill up a new class.
