Do not even try to think to go for interview.
Got a call from consultancy, for opening at this worst organization. Even they do not take proper interview. They do not ask question.... they shout on candidate and ask questions. Don't go for interview.

3 stages of interview including techinacla and hr round, it was avg and able to crack it and get offer in 2 days time, question is related to oops,php, javascript, including basic and also some sql queries
