Antenna interview questions

I was recruited to interview via LinkedIn Messenger. After providing my resume, the Antenna team was quick to set up an interview. While remaining professional, it was a conversational and intentional approach to interviewing - they actually wanted to get to know me and learn more about my experience. Once we concluded, they submitted my resume for the contract role they had in mind, and I continued in the client’s interview process. I accepted the offer from the client, and the entire process took approximately 2.5 weeks.

The process was great initially. Consistent communication and a streamlined process. I was invited to do a second interview and the interviewer was only available for ONE hour over the course of 3 days. I provided multiple other days and times I could meet since I could not meet at that specific time and I woke up to a rejection letter the next day. No further communication. Extremely unprofessional.
