Straightforward standard questions asked questions regarding experience, availability, and interests. Process took about 2 weeks then was scheduled for an orientation. Was a job of 300hrs geared towards providing general administrative assistance.

Interview
The interview process was relaxing, friendly, and professional. Most interviews are done as a group, with the interviewee and 2-3 interviewers. The interviewers took turns asking the questions. The interview felt like a conversation with friends. As an interviewee, sharing my skills and knowledge in the interview, was well received and the interviewers really listen and not just write during the interview. This is the best interview I've ever experienced in my working years.
