They asked simple questions just asking about your background, current job, education, future plans in a few years, if you are willing to commute, and basically getting to know you

Interview
Fairly quick process, got a phone interview asked if I had experience in the field. After that I had an interview with the manager, who then asked me questions and explained what the job entailed, and if I was comfortable with night shifts.
