What, otherwise, could've been a positive experience, turned into a rather negative one. I applied for the position on the 24th of November and had my first interview with the recruiter on the 28th of November. Shortly after, I had my second interview with the Team Lead and the Manager. It wasn't until almost two weeks later that I had another interview with the Team Lead and, this time, with the Global Customer Success Manager. Directly after this third interview, I was told by the Team Lead that it would be nice if I met the team to get to know each other. We scheduled it for the following day. After about another week, I got an email with a regular template rejection. All in all this process took four weeks and I had to specifically ask what I did wrong, just to be told that my answers in the interviews weren't very elaborate. In conclusion, a very deceiving experience, especially after being asked to meet prospective colleagues.
