I had a disappointing experience during the interview process. I was called for an in-person round and ended up waiting for over 3 hours. Every hour, I was told to wait a bit longer, with no clarity or proper communication from the team. Despite waiting patiently, the interview never happened, and no one bothered to inform me or follow up. This kind of mismanagement reflects poorly on the company’s internal coordination and respect for candidates’ time. Interviewing is a two-way process, and such experiences can be discouraging for potential talent.
