My interview experience was disappointing and felt unprofessional. Most of the communication was handled through a third-party recruiter, and the process took a long time with unclear updates. When I arrived onsite for the interview, the structure was not clearly explained, and the interview started without even giving me a chance to introduce myself. During the interview, some instructions were not clearly communicated at first, which made the process confusing. I felt the company could have done a better job explaining the expectations, introducing the interview format, and treating the candidate’s time with more respect. Overall, I was excited about the company and the role, but the interview process felt disorganized and not very candidate-friendly.
