I finished CNA class and a recruiter came and that is how I found this. I went in and they gave me a long application and took a test that has 100 questions, passed and they asked me a few questions about availability.

Interview
2 Hour training. immediate hire. A test is given to people who don't have experience. A skills test is also given which takes about 30 mins. A lot of forms must be filled out before you are actually employed.
