2 rounds with a recruiter and one round with hiring manager and division leader. I really respected the org and enjoyed the conversations, but then they never responded to me. No feedback, no closure. Not sure if the poor experience is due to the recruiter they hired or an internal issue. For an org I really respected, I was shocked to have this experience in the interview culture of 2023. I wish them the best but feel like I dodged a bullet.
