Interview
The organization's Director called me a few days after applying for a management position and asked if I had a few minutes to discus the position. He almost immediately asked me what was the salary I would except. I thought this was very awkward and inappropriate at this stage of the conversation. He then asked about my location and didn't seem to understand or thought it was strange I was willing to relocate for the position. After discussing my experience and current situation he told me that he wanted to setup a Skype interview for next week and said that he would call me Monday afternoon to schedule the session. I never heard from him again, no email or phone call.
I was very skeptical about applying to begin with because all of the reviews on Indeed for this organization's management is very negative. I guess this is still the case and I'm glad they didn't waste my time at least.
