7. Hear back within 1-5 days for an offer
Initial assessments aren't too challenging.
Skype interview is where they weed out most people, so don't take that one lightly. It's mostly "tell me about a time when..." questions - easily prepared for by looking up potential questions online.
NYC interview is with 5 other candidates and a panel of 6 interviewers. Pretty stressful, but they're looking for you to be relaxed, be yourself, be able to think on your toes, and work together with the other candidates. Don't undercut them, but be confident in yourself and be ready to defend all your answers. They can hire more than just one person from that final panel too...or they might hire all or none of them depending on if they like you or not. Either way, you really only get to talk for about 5-7 minutes total, so make it count and be concise.

Question 1
Out of the other candidates in the room, who would you fire and who would you hire - why?
If you had $10,000 to give in bonuses to sales team, how would you split it up between 2 people where 1 is working really hard but not doing all that well and the other isn't working very hard but doing very well?
