      Application

I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Saint Louis, MO)

      Interview

Very informal which was nice but then did not receive much training stepping into position. Team around you will support through thick and thin but the work is very demanding almost immediately.

What is the difference between sympathy and empathy?

      Application

      I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch

      Interview

I had such a negative and disappointing experience with the recruiter that I will not consider an opportunity with them again nor encourage any of my peers to apply. I had a scheduled phone call with the recruiter and she calls me later than the appointment time. When she does call, she is speaking really fast like she is in a hurry to get on and off the call. She asks me to give her and introduction to myself and background, I get a few sentences in and she cuts me off. She had a very nasty attitude. She then asks about salary and I told her what I made and as I am about to tell her what I would consider..she cuts me off. "Ma'am, Ma'am did you read the job description with the salary?" She gave absolutely no background about the position or work environment. Salary can be negotiated, there are a lot of factors that influence salary. She knew nothing about me, my current situation or what I was looking for in my next role. I pretty much guided the conversation to end at that point. I have been in Management for 9 years. Red Flags. In this job
